Return and Exchange Policy

1. Damages and Issues

At Pisces Rabbit, quality is our priority. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to make it right. Follow these steps for a smooth resolution:

  • If you receive a damaged product or experience a manufacturing error, you can request a refund or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographic proof to assess the issue.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original state, you may be responsible for any loss in value, as agreed upon with us.

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Incorrect Orders

Please ensure that you double-check your order before placing it, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or if you've simply changed your mind.

3. Carrier Errors or Invalid Address

If your order is returned due to a carrier error or incorrect address, we will gladly reship the order to the correct address.

4. Non-Delivery Claims

If you haven’t received your order, claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Union are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

6. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
